Features of payment for excursions
No prepayments. We work without advance payment for group excursions. You pay for the program on the bus or during the excursion. Prepayment may only be required when ordering a program for 5 people or more ($5 per person on some programs) and individual excursions or programs for which you need to purchase plane tickets or prepare documents. Other excursions can be paid directly during the transfer or at the venue;
Convenient payment methods. You don’t have to look for someone to pay for the excursion. The representative will inform you on site about the need for payment. You can pay for the program in cash – in dollars (banknotes not earlier than 2000), euros or Egyptian pounds. Prepayment for individual excursions and programs for which you need to purchase plane tickets can also be made in cash to the representative. To have him come to you, contact our reservation department in any convenient messenger;
Possibility of cashless payment.
For your convenience, we have provided the opportunity to transfer an advance payment or the full cost of the program to the organizers’ bank cards in rubles, tenge, hryvnia or euros, with a small commission indicated on the main page of our website. To clarify the details, please contact the reservation department.
Refund of prepayment for excursion programs
The organizer will fully refund your prepayment if:
*You paid it in cash or by transfer to a bank card, but the excursion did not take place due to the fault of the organizer;
*You canceled the program more than 24 hours before the excursion date.
The exception is programs that require plane tickets. In such cases, the organizer will not be able to return the prepayment after purchasing the tickets.
The prepayment can be returned in cash or to a bank card in rubles at the exchange rate on the day the funds are returned, or at the rate that was set on the day the prepayment was transferred to the bank card.
What to do if organizers fail to fulfill their obligations properly
If the program does not correspond to the description on the website or the organizer provided a service of inadequate quality, you must:
1-Be sure to take video and photos confirming the controversial situation;
2-At the excursion site, ask the guide or accompanying person to contact his management;
3-Ask/demand to rectify the situation or full/partial refund of the cost of the excursion;
4-Immediately on the spot, write to the reservation and tourist support department of Intour Travel, tell about the details of what is happening, send media files confirming the information provided.
This is the only way we can help resolve the conflict and influence the program organizer immediately during the excursion, through the management of the organizers. As a rule, they do everything to resolve controversial situations as quickly as possible and resolve all issues on the spot.
Therefore, we always recommend having a smartphone with active Internet with you on excursions in order to minimize possible shortcomings on the part of the organizing staff in your favor, we are interested in this.

If you wrote to our reservation department after the end of the excursion and want to request a discount, full or partial refund of the amount paid to the organizer, you must follow the steps below:
#Write to our reservation department and report that the completed program does not comply with the one described on our website; be sure to attach a video confirmation of the claim, which will show the non-compliance of the completed program;
#If there are no video files and you cannot complete the step above, you are required to: Write an application for a refund in free form, detailing the non-compliance of the program (print); send a photo of the application with your signature and date; attach similar statements from two other tourists who are on the excursion with you, not in your company (two bookings), with their phone numbers in the WhatsApp messenger and information about which company they booked the excursion with;
#Wait for the application to be reviewed by the organizer’s management and confirmation of the return (up to 7 calendar days); receive a refund in cash in dollars or to a bank card in rubles, hryvnia, tenge or euros at the exchange rate on the day the funds were returned, or at the rate that was set on the day the payment was transferred to the organizer’s bank card.
Our online service is not an authorized person for refunds for excursions. You pay for the programs directly to the excursion organizers during transfer at the venue or by transfer to a bank card; You do not have any trade or monetary relations with us. We provide free information support and necessary assistance, staying in touch daily from 07:30 to 23:00 Cairo time. To resolve the situation in your favor, we need supporting media materials (video / photo) to provide them to the management of the organizers.
